Works as expected
I had the previous model. The only problem I encountered was that the AC plug they sent was the wrong one.
Luckily I could use the AC plug from my other model
Other than that the item works fine.

EXCELLENT STORAGE
The only issue I had was the fact that there was no setup instructions. Once I downloaded the software and went through the set up process everything worked fine.
Excellent storage and good response time.
