Love knowing how much I burn per day.
as a fat person who no longer wants to be fat, this has kept me motivated. I see everyday where I can improve and if the numbers are low, (step count, calorie count) I know I've had an uneventful day and I need activity. I'll stop and walk to the store for no reason or vacuum the whole house just to get those numbers up. keeps me active and on track with my goals.
