good for quarantine workouts
The bar works well for my home gym. I prefer this 1 inch standard barbell to the 2 inch Olympic barbells, because I can use 1 inch weight plates for both this barbell and my adjustable dumbbells. Also, the Olympic bars are 45 lbs which is too heavy for me for bicep curls and shoulder presses; this standard bar is 13 lbs, so it allows me to do a wider variety of exercises. This barbell was the cheapest I could find, but it was still more expensive than I felt like it should be. The rubber washers were old on arrival, but other than that, no complaints.
