It worked as soon as I plugged it in, without internet
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought it for an elderly gentleman. Unfortunately, he is in hospital now so he is not able to use it. I tried it out with his TV before I left it in his flat. It doesn't need internet. It works as soon as I turned it on, it started to search for channels and it helps the TV give a very clear picture. When he comes out of hospital I am sure he will be delighted at getting a clear picture on his TV.

This is a good book
I gave it 4 stars because it is a good book. I would not say better than expected. Functional Skills books are so hard to find so teachers of functional skills have to search the internet and / or make their own resources from the news, from life and from the teacher's own imagination. This is a good book and it will help teachers but this is just the tip of the iceberg. Use these kinds of books to fire your imagination and base your own resources and your imagination when creating resources.

The whole family loved it. It's a family film.
I bought this dvd for my 5 year old nephew. He loved it. His mother says their family watched it and my five year old nephew was enthralled.
