a "gotta see"

It is a very well done documentary about the life of a back up singer. I found it accurate and fascinating. As a small-time back up singer, I loved hearing the amazing people I had listened to sing and be interviewed, as well as tell of their lives before, during, after, and in certain instances, coming back to their careers. I was in tears by the end of the movie from the sheer nostalgia of those rhythm and blues songs. The excitement and high of the stage is captured so well, and also the different challenges of a career in the recording studio. Do yourself a favor--watch this movie!
