Good, effective value for the money.

I started taking iron supplements because lack of iron was causing restless leg syndrome. These Vcaps are inexpensive, and definitely do the job. No restless leg while taking these.

Good looking, solid coin album for a reasonable price.

Love the sliding clear plastic in front and back of coins. Only reason not 5 stars is that I'm not sure any paper/cardboard can be truly acid free. An inert plastic for frame would be better.
