  The item was listed as NEW, but had definitely been opened before. I do many of these puzzles, and new ones come with pieces in bags, however these were just put back in the box. Shipping was fast and all pieces seem to be there, but the box was fairly smashed.

  Item arrived broken in multiple places due to lack of any protective, proper packing. Seller admitted they should have protected item before shipping so they initially stated they would refund me but never did. Due to the Seller failure to timely ship the item I did not have enough time to find a replacement before the intended use. Fortunately, i was able to glue and painted the item enough to get at least one use out of it. Very disappointed with this seller.
