Easy on the knees
The assembly of this machine is pretty easy. I have a knee injury and I've been looking for something that's not bad on the joints. I had a cycling machine before but it was messing with my knee so I had to give it away. It's small so it's perfect for my small apartment. The area I stay in is unsafe for a walk so this machine is definitely a convenience for me. It helps to keep my weight down also. The only downside of it is that it doesn't have much resistance to it.

Good buy
1 of 1 found this helpful This is my first Vortex bowl and I'm satisfied with the results. The flavor of my shisha is stronger in this bowl and it burns just fine. I would recommend this product for first time vortex bowl buyers. The free grommet that comes is great also. It fits my other bowls just fine. I'm happy with my purchase.
