Lightweight with great features but not what I expected
17 of 23 found this helpful I'll get straight to the point. I Expected a better quality forend for my Mossberg 500. Turns out that this particular forend must be suitable for just only the Mossberg Maverick 88; because after installing it I was dissatisfied with how much wobble/play I had with it extended. It just feels cheap; it doesn't snug to the magazine tube like it should be. I don't know? Maybe I just ended up getting a bad part. But I will tell you that the forend that came with my Mossberg 500 didn't have any wobble at all.
