I will give positive feedback as there were no immediate issues with the GPU, it arrived quickly and was well packaged, and it works as expected. However, the seller claims the card was repasted, I can confirm that it has not been repasted as upon inspection the thermal paste was extremely dry and crumbly. Either way, I reapplied it myself so it wasn't really an issue, just a slightly misleading description.
