  Unfortunately had a negative experience with the seller. I purchased a Longines watch that was described as "mint/essentially new condition" with no flaws mentioned, but after receiving and inspecting the watch, I found a deep scratch in the leather. I confronted the seller about a return/refund, but they refused and I had to escalate the case to eBay. I ultimately won the case and eBay granted me the return and full refund. However, the seller was unpleasant throughout the transaction.
