  So I shipped this on my own dime to PR. Ordered on 5/26/2025 Delivered on 6/14/2025. Buyer gave neutral review in Spanish, and claimed. (Google Translate: No me ha llegado el paquete era para junio 12 = I haven't received the package, it was for June 12.). Realized later that buyer had complained to Ebay. At no point did they attempt to contact me directly. Can only assume it was an attempt to avoid payment. Lesson learned: Don't ship outside continental US. Fortunately EBAY resolved.
