easy to install smooth shifting with XT derailleur
1 of 1 found this helpful title sums it up.....the 36 tooth outer gear combined with a 30 tooth crank ring gives me enough climbing leverage to eliminate the front derailleur and granny gear; which saves weight and simplifies shifting.....you can go larger with a 42 or even 44 outer.....riders choice. Make sure your rear Derailleur can handle the larger ring. 36 is max for mid cages.

Adequately matches if not perfect
Though it isnt a perfect match replacement for my soliloquy 6.0i, it does fit and spund well enough not to stand out .
I wish the screw holes matched the steel mounting plate of the original. The plastic mounting playe is not ss rigid and is very slightly smaller, leaving a small gap in the insert.
Despite the inability to find an exact match in size and specs the Dayton is close enough to fit the bill.
