  I have been on eBay for a very long time, and occasionally have buyer experiences that go sideways. Bought an engine alternator bracket from this seller, which was described in a way as being fully complete, other than having a few scratches. Seller shipped out item which was missing parts. Response was that this was not true, and then came clean and agreed to ship out some of the missing items he had. But now still missing parts he pass responsibility on to me to find elsewhere and fix.
