  Buyer asked for a refund for an item damaged during shipping. They provided no photos of damage and also were unwilling to file a claim through the USPS as it was insured. Buyer did not do his part in settling the issue as I only had statements and no proof of damage. Please be aware of this buyers tactics he is unwilling go through the proper channels to do things the proper way.
