Certainly a good choice

It meets my needs as a powerful, low-cost solution. I was considering the pentium g3258 since it's overclockable but went with this i3 since it was ~$50 under retail and performs almost like an i5 (minus two cores). I haven't benchmarked the chip, but it has not disappointed me in computing-based tasks (programming) and gaming. I'm sure that this particular model can meet the broadest range of needs for the greatest variety of users, which makes it an all-around amazing choice.
