Item was listed as "new" but pictures showed it was "new other" due to damaged box. Upon receiving it was clearly an "open box" item due to both seals being opened and interior packaging tape being broken. Thankfully the item was not used. With the seller having only 13 reviews I would recommend them to pay careful attention to eBay's item condition definitions for all future sales as well as take accurate photos.
