Lexus LFA quality glitches

The model looks great, but the passenger door won’t open. It feels like it is glued in place. The model came in an unopened box which suggests to me that it left the factory in this state. This is very poor quality control from Autoart. I am very disappointed as these models aren’t cheap to buy.
