  After ordering these people contacted me personally that we are a small organisation and you might get a broken piece so please contact us and don't make a negative comment. I didn't bothered and said ok to them. I received it well on time with good packing which I told them as well. But the small plastic part as shown in my pic was loose and hence I am not able to use this 13 pound case. Hopeless service and don't trust this site .
