Dell Docking Station - way to go
Docking station great. My monitor wasn't compatible, but taking out a single connector is easy. Great value, included charging cable. Makes life so much easier.

Great Books-on-Tape, every citizen should know
Richard Clarke is knowledgeable and puts forward information in a clear, decisive way about how our government works - and all to often - how it doesn't work. The politics of government effect us all, and we need to be aware in order to be better citizens and watchdogs of our society, else we all fail. It may not be pleasant to hear, but Clarke does manage to keep an up-beat tone because he also provides ways that things could be managed better.

Hard of hearing - good telephone
This phone is excellent for the hard of hearing (elderly). My mother is hard of hearing and I have managed to have conversations with her when I had to whisper! The speaker is the best I have experienced. It's also terrific for using as a speaker phone and using the mute button, so I can do telecons with work from home easily. This model isn't made anymore so you have to get it used; I don't know if the AT&T replacements are as good.
