Just Started

So yet to know if they work.
Did find that if you don't drink alot of water, they give (me) quite a nasty heartburn.
2day 18/8/17, I took the pills with alot of water and ate an orange just after. I found that it's not doing what it did yesterday.
Thank God lol.
I will be carrying on that way 😁 as the heartburn for me wasn't pleasant and last most of the day.
After a couple of weeks of using and doing light exercise, I will write another review as to see how weight loss is going
