Gets the job done
I've had this DVD for years and I just love it. At the moment, a lot of my belongings are in storage, so I decided to order another copy. Kelly is a great trainer. I started doing her workouts in 2009. This particular workout focuses on heavy weights, which I just love. You get a great workout in 30 minutes. For those who are just beginning, Kelly usually has one of her participants show modifications that are easier than the main exercises, which I think is a very gracious gesture. I own several of Kelly's 30 Minutes to Fitness DVDs, along with a few that she created before the 30 Minutes to Fitness series came out, and I love them all. I like workouts that get the job done in the shortest amount of time without cutting corners, and Kelly offers just that.

Very satisfied with my purchase
Almost the same review as I wrote for the You Can Do Pilates DVD. I have been working out for many years but am now getting older so adding more flexibility based workouts to my strength and cardio sessions is very important.
I had absolutely no issues with the DVD. It arrived timely, was packaged well and is compatible with my DVD player

No regrets
I've been doing Jane Fonda workouts off and on since the 90s, so I've always been a fan. Over the years, as I've aged, I've been working on not beating up my body with strenuous workouts like I used to. I won't lie, I still do hardcore workouts, but I like to alternate them with more sensible yet effective exercises. Jane's Prime Time workouts are perfect because not only does she explain and teach, she also focuses on safety and proper form. Jane is about 30 years older than me, which means I'm closer to 60 than I've ever been, so the possibility of injuring myself increases with each passing year, regardless of my experience. The DVD was purchased used, but you'd never know as it functions fabulously. I purchased several other DVDs from the Prime Time series and am very happy with my purchases.
