Perfect for people with arthritis in the hands and fingers
3 of 3 found this helpful I have a newer 2GB mp3 player but it was small and used a toggle switch/joystick controller. I have arthritis in my fingers and it was awkward to use it. My daughter has an ipod and it is much easier to use than the one I already had.
I opted for a refurbished 4th generation ipod because of price and because I only wanted audio. Don't need video. Also, it has a ton of space.
So, far I am quite happy with this 4th gen ipod. It is easy to use and does not make my fingers and thumbs hurt. It has a ton of space, which makes me very happy. The sound quality is not quite as good as my newer mp3 player, but I am willing to sacrifice that for the ease of use.
Win-win for me.
