It was close to a month without any change in the shipping status so I messaged and got no response. I had eBay step in to get my refund. eBay stated that they could not verify the tracking number.

Flaten after 2 weeks
I put them in my boots and it did wonders for my heels and calf bone, but within a couple weeks they lost their support and flattened out. littlen expensive for 2 weeks worth of help.
