Decent quality for price if you can live with a couple dead/dark pixels
1 of 1 found this helpful Quality: Purchased two of these monitors now. One pixel perfect option, and one regular. While none of them had "dead" pixels in accordance with seller policy (they define it as bright dot in dark scene), there were a couple dark pixels (the actual definition of a dead pixel) which were visible when viewing a light background. Many people are reporting getting these monitors with PERFECT panels which I doubt. They are probably saying they have no dead "dead" pixels using the seller definition.
Design: Subjective, but I think they look great. Very minimal bezels though note when the monitor is actually on the image doesn't go ALL the way to the physical bezels so they'll be a bit of extra black space around the edges of the screen. Decent IO in the back with HDMI, DP, and DVI. As with most built in monitor speakers, they are garbage.
Performance: My Spyder5Pro calibrator says both of of monitors can do 99%SRGB so thats good. the 144Hz 1080p is a lie though, Awful frame skipping occurs which is even worse then 100Hz without. They really need to remove that these monitors can do 144Hz 1080p as an advertised picture since they cannot do this properly. I've tested this on both a 290x, a GTX 1070, and a GTX 1080.
Conclusion: Decent for the price, if you're okay with have one ore two permanently black pixels off to the sides then I'd say go for it.
