In summary, my local lock smith had no issue to re-program and cut the key for this smart key remote. I am very happy with this purchase.
As per description, the remote received is the OEM Lexus one with no visual scratch on the outside cover. I checked then internal PCBA. And it look exactly the same as the one in my original Lexus smart remote.It came with the un-cut key
