Bit disappointing

I have a original Samsung 25w fast charger as well as its cable, and was expecting the same. But for some reason this charger does not charge the phone at the same rate and i'm not a techie to delve into its mysteries. My simple test was once the phone is out of any charge, plug it in and see how long it takes to charge with the original charger and the one i bought off ebay. Plus the cable isn't Samsung as the thickness and quality varies.
