Value and accuracy!

It's just a piece of plastic but...

...it's just like when the car was delivered from the factory. Really looks great as compared to the old OEM piece that was starting to crumble away.

Needs updating

Cheapest solution I can find as compared to other collapsible tubes being sold. Worked as advertised but front seal can be extremely hard to seat fully within the front cover casting. I therefore beveled the edge of the front of the tube with a file and then sanded and polished the bevel in order to help ease the insertion of the tube into the seal. No instructions were included and youtube video from several years ago discusses an update to the product...this is not the case. The product has not been updated as far as I can tell. The spring steel circlip is a PITA. I'm confident that the other products that use machined threads would be easier to install, but they all cost hundreds more.
