  Evri has left my parcel somewhere else and not at my address. I have seen the photograph the courier took. It was left by a doorway on the ground in a place I do not know. I have contacted Evri. I have even walked around the industrial estate close to where I live and nothing relats to the photo. I gave my phone number and my What3Words address to Evri and they still got it wrong. I think I will need a replacement or a refund. Please contact to see the photo the courier took. Thanks.

  Unfortunately the courier let the seller down by failing to deliver yesterday and having been told the site was open normal office hours 8:00am to 5:00pm an attempt was made outside of these hours again today and parcel was thrown over the fence and into stinging nettles!!!!!!!
