Brillliant

Made of metal, so it tightens up really tight. Holds camera in place without it moving.

It actually works

I bought a SRAM twist grip changer, and it just didn't index into the gears properly. Replaced it with this one and now it selects each gear as it should. One draw back though, the inner cable was to short, so had to use the old one.
