9 of 12 found this helpful Seems to work well so far. Battery never came above 0%, even right out of the box. Do yourself a favor and just order a new battery when you order the laptop. Also when I load software onto it using the cd/DVD drive, it sounds like V8 chevy with a dead cylinder, it works but wow, super loud. Read all the reviews, seems ok. We'll see.
