  The teddy bear has sticky residue on its head and ears due to the way it was packed. The plastic bag that was used to protect it was smaller than the bear, hence the adhesive liner on the bag touched the bear’s head and ears. It was very difficult to remove the bag without pullout out some fur and still residue is left on fur. The bear has a smell of smoke/cigarettes. Shipping took a long time as the item was purchased on Nov 20 but didn’t arrive til Dec 2. Otherwise the item was as described.
