Perfect protection for your optics
Very well built and easy accessible protective case for your precious eyeglasses.
You could attach it to practically any belt up to 45mm wide, bag or backpack. Its clip engages with the belt easily but will not detach without your intentional action.
Size L is very roomy and suits for big optics like, for example, my Oakley FlacJacket XL.
If your eyeglasses are of normal size, I think that size M would suit them better.

Perfect entry level studio strobe with some "pro" features
It is very good entry level studio strobe. It's light and well built of high quality plastic, it has integrated wireless 2.4GHz receiver and work with it is quite easy.
There are some minor tradeoffs:
- no pyrex protective dome and no possibility to install it later;
- you have to dump power with one shot after setting a lower power value;
- no TTL control

Be sure that this ring is exactly as your broken one in all details or it'll be impossible to install it correctly.
This bayonet mount ring is NOT perfectly suit to Nikkor AF-S DX 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED VR II lens.
Though it has correct mounting holes to attach it to GII lens body, it has not appropriate mounting for the internal electrical contact plate that should be installed under the spring loaded pin.
On the attached picture the original Nikon's bayonet ring with correct mounting part is shown.
