Excellent Value

I was looking for a cheap no thrills, easy to use lens to improve my portrait and single figure photo taking. The lens is well built and comes well packaged. The AF is responsive and quite. Colour reproduction is accurate and rich with excellent contrast and sharpness.

Decent lens

The 75-300 gets some bad press and generally it is down to the lack of IS. The lens has AF which on my model needed a bit of encouragement coming back to life but now works fast and relatively quiet, though nowhere near silent. I can produce great photos easily upto 200mm but beyond that this lens would benefit from the missing IS to compensate for movement, however increasing the shutter speed compensates well. I recommend this lens for anyone looking for 200mm+ on a budget, it is a great entry telephoto lens.

beauty in CD form

wonderful deep lyrics from Ville and tight guitar from Linde which when put with the rest of the guys gives a powerful album. there is no bad song on this and there's a sound for all tastes, if you like fast metal sounds then soul on fire is for you or if a slower more flowing song you have got the funeral of hearts there's even a classic rock sound in buried alive by love. but its the alternative style of song that HIM show off here with the 4th album named after their type of music so endless dark and the sacrament are worth hearing. overall this is a brilliant album and worth getting along with all others. the only word of warning and been caght out myself with this, look up all the editions as the only downside yet upside for collectors is theres so many variations in album contents, Finnish, German, USA, UK, Japanese they can all have different track listings and some are better than others but usually are balanced enough that you need them all. then you've also got the digipaks, special and limited editions. So look to see where in the world what your buying comes from, but ... if you can track down an enhanced digipak of this album you wont be disappointed take care.
