excellent experience
This rod is one of my favorites. It was a slow, relaxed casting stroke that deliveries a fly very gracefully and accurately with little effort. I love the cypress handle, it fits my hand perfectly and even very subtle hits are transmitted to the hand. I bought this exact same rod a couple years ago and love it so much I bought this one for my wife to begin her Tenkara journey with. I'm really thinking hard about getting the 4110 length in the 5:5 action as well.

sublime perfection
This rod is one I have read a lot about and for the past three years have been waiting for an opportunity to buy one. It is everything I read about and more. Lightweight, casts almost on it's own and a delight on the wild rainbow and brookies I typically fish for. My usual rig is about 3 miters of a # 3 level line and about 0.5-0.75 miters of 7X tippet. Most of the time it is at 3.9 M, but I really like the ability to shorten it down if needed. My only real worry about this rod is finding spare parts should i ever need them.
