Works as designed
Replacement for similar model that we couldn't read anymore. Works great.

Seems to work.
1 of 1 found this helpful So far, so good. I have a 1999 Oldsmobile Alero. The A/C has not worked for a while. I did some testing and found that I was getting a A/C request signal from the A/C controls and had power at the A/C compressor relay, but no signal to activate the relay. I was able to engage the clutch buy jumping the relay contacts. This meant that the only options left were this part or the PCM. This was an inexpensive part so I gave it a shot. It was easy to replace and the system is designed to not allow any refrigerant to escape. If it goes bad in the next year, I will let you know.

The assembly fit perfectly and performs as well as the original before it got a hole in it.
