  Hi all, I bid $25 on a pair of Tory B. wedges, starting bid was $19.99. I won the bid! The seller reached out to me a day or two later and was apologetic and said they meant place the start the bid at $49.99 not $19.99. I understood, but informed the seller I followed the bid rules and I won the shoes and would like my shoes. She requested for me to receive a refund and then told me she is reposting the shoes I won for a higher price, this is unethical and unfair. I have the emails as proof.
