Works great at first...but!
Only have used a few days, and already the filtering speed is becoming noticeable slow. At first when water was added to the top it all filtered through in less than an hour, but after just 4 days of use new water takes hours to filter through and the top reservoir never empties completely.

No noticeable benefit in mucus reduction
After using for 2 weeks with no noticeable results, I doubled the recommended dose and still
no benefit in reducing mucus flow. It may help someone, but did nothing for me

Beautiful, but huge size and very heavy
It's a beautiful watch...but it'd huge! Make sure before buying that you want a watch that weighs almost a pound and has a watch case almost 1/2 inch thick. I would have returned the watch due to its massive size and weight, except the shipping both ways, and the 15% restocking fee would leave be with a $34 out of pocket loss and nothing to show for it. If you want a huge heavy watch, this is indeed a beautiful example, but be prepared, as this is not an average size watch.
