  Good communication, item as described. Posted promptly but due to Royal Mail it took 12 days to arrive. That's typical now for 2nd class post. I've had other parcels sent 2nd class that take over 1 week to arrive. Seller - great, Royal Mail - terrible.

  Item arrived promptly and well packed --- BUT delivered to entirely the wrong address!!! Quality of item is very good, and will do the intended job very well, and as expected. Great and helpful seller. Re the delivery fiasco, full details given to the seller who has relayed those to EVRI (why does anyone still use them? -- only maybe due to a cost factor??). Don't expect any response or reaction from EVRI, however.

  Bag is large as wanted thankyou. However, from the dispatch to receiving the bag, was too long . Evri is not doing what it says . It’s taking far too long and the box when it arrived was squashed and the grey wrapping was ripped. Evri also told me there was a delay in sending /picking up the parcel . This happens all the time . It’s not the senders fault it’s Evri!
