  Shipped right away, very well packaged (didn't skimp on the bubble wrap), looks just like the pictures and the description, and really a great value for the price. I'm really glad I bought from this seller. It was 44% of retail price for the same doll (not including shipping, but shipping price was reasonable), and the seller didn't hide the (completely repairable) state of the hair. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  It was delivered on time. Putter was listed as right handed but pictured as left hand. I contacted the seller and was told it is left hand. I wasn’t impressed with the packaging but the putter was in really good shape! Excellent value!

  The item came in just as described; the condition of the product was superb, phenomenal even! The packaging made the product arrive in pristine condition. The shipping was out of this world!   The game did arrived in a sealed case as described. Unfortunately, the disc was rattling around inside of case. Not blaming seller (have experienced the same incident buying brand new from Walmart) The disc did get lightly scuffed up.   The item I purchased was received badly damaged during shipping. I was going to eat the cost because the seller required buyer s to pay for shipping on returns, and I didn t think it was worth the hassle. However, the seller reached out and apologized and offered a full refund. They didn t even make me return the damaged item. Not a great overall experience. Stuff happens sometimes. But I can t say anything bad about this seller. The customer service was on point. I think I d buy from again.

  Please contact us for a return/refund, we never would send as POP out looking like this and never have issues putting them in a box with padding and having it look like this.
