Videos On YouTube Are More Helpful
1 of 1 found this helpful Each trick is explained one time and then there is another and another. I started with the video, felt I needed more help: more explanation/demonstration and also be able to repeat the demonstration immediately, and as many times as necessary.
I am no longer using the videos. There are many videos showing each trick on YouTube. Check them out, you will find demonstrators who do a better job teaching the trick.
I don't recommend buying the videos, there is no need.

Good Qualty
It holds up very well when I floss my teeth. So far it has performed at least as well as any floss I have used. I floss my teeth every night and have been doing so for a long time so I have a lot of experience with dental floss

Good Product For Constipation At A Great Price
It is part of constipation treatment. This is the second bottle so I know from experience it is a good product. You won't find a better price anywhere,
