Seller was very understanding and we came Together on a partical refund. This seller is Wonderful to work with me through this situation.   While the feedback was quick, the delivery was not. Product arrived without damage which is a huge positive. I did get it within a months time, however, I wished it had arrived nearer to the expected arrival date. I am not 100% sure if it was the seller's fault so I'll leave 4 stars instead of 3. Otherwise, 5 stars for description, shipping cost, and communication!

  Downsizing, I needed storage options. IKEA had nothing in black in stock. I ordered these w/o a manufacturer warranty. The Brimnes drawers arrived several days before the rest of the cabinet, and worried, I contacted the seller, and got a prompt, reassuring response. This seller is a very reliable Ebayer. I only hope the cabinets are as sturdy and trustworthy…because the look and style are perfect.
