This pan works extremely well.
This pan is easy to use, easy to clean, and makes great mini cheesecakes. Unlike some of what i've read about the smaller 12 well pans for mini cheesecakes half this size, these do not collapse in the middle either, which makes for a better looking finished product. The pan is well built and looks like it will last for many years of use.
