    This is the most well stated book on negotiation today.
    In the spirit of full disclosure, I reached out to Ron Hubsher when my copy of his book never arrived. I never expected the author to call himself to resolve the customer service issue. He proceeded to ask excellent questions about my situation and the need that I had for his book. In retrospect, Ron created a negotiation where none existed. Frankly this is what more sales people need to understand today. Our greatest competitor is not the other supplier as much as it is the status quo of the customer. We need to negotiate and create a business where there does not seem to be any at all. Ron did this with me. He negotiated a guest appearance at our next sales class and to this day is connecting with parties as a result of our first contact. I really enjoy the man, his ideas, and his ethics. Yes, buy his book! Engage the man for your next meeting. You will thank me. Jim Ullery
