Big Improvement
Removing old ones was very difficult but doable. Very easy reinstall. Make a color coded wire schematic before disconnect. I chose white switches for best contrast on black dashboard.

Very solid materials and construction
It fit in very nice as a replacement of a damaged unit and functions just fine. Seems to be made better than the original.
