Definitely Two Thumbs Up!
I have Osteoarthritis on my Knees and it works great for Inflammacion. 1ml in the morning with food and half 2 Hrs prior going to sleep. Absolutely I Recommend it. I prefer the drops than the caps. My body reacts better.
