Outdoor Revolution Twin jet tent pump

After a bit of research I opted for this air pump as I just wasn’t sure the fittings would be compatible with the other pumps available. Having used it for the first time today I’m totally impressed. It did the job of pumping up a beam in about 2 minutes to 5psi. way quicker than I managed with the manual pump that came with the tent. It’s not as noisy as some reviews I’ve seen, it makes a fair noise but it’s not as bad as my electric tyre pump. I was a bit concerned after reading reports of it causing problems with car electrics. It runs at 10amps, my cigarette socket is rated for 10A so I should have been ok. However I decided to purchase a 5m lead that clips direct onto the car battery with a 15A cigarette socket and had no problems at all. All in all I’m very happy with it, the only thing I can think of to say against it is it doesn’t deflate. But I’m not that worried, the beams don’t take long to go down and I will use the manual pump to suck out the rest.
