Not great
The service was excellent but the product isn't. It's just noticeably not nearly as good quality (although I expected some difference). It seems to create so much friction on my laminated flooring and won't stay put on the bottom of my Vax. Makes the job a lot harder. They're ok to have as spares.

Amazing
My new best friend. Absolutely brand new, only the box was damaged. I've had 6 various steam cleaners and this is by far the best. I can even use it on my laminate/hard floors due to the thermostat, which is great with my messy dog. Service was great, really quick. Have recommended to so many people!
