Tabs dissolve slowly thru the night to keep mouth & throat moist.

I have used this product previously and am glad to have something that keeps my throat and mouth moist throughout the night. I use the kind that does not have a mint flavor, but some people might prefer mint. Easy to place tab between gum/teeth and cheek, sticks in place till dissolved, helps to produce saliva.
