Heats up fast.
The light gets signicantly hotter then other lights of same size/power. Can be caused do to no heat sink and small size doesnt dissipate heat well. Can cause premature burn out of light. Also too short to turn on or change modes with one hand. Still a good light for the price but i wouldnt buy again.

Cheep, poorly made, not worth a dime, save your money, I threw it away!
0 of 1 found this helpful Cheep plastic construction, the feel of something you buy from Walmart 10 years ago. Coming from Cold Steel I'm surprised in the lack of quality or care to design.
The locking mechanism is a spine lock that rubs hard, tried to oil it with no help. It also did not want to release to close the knife. Feels like a toy that could hurt some one. I wouldn't give this knife away as its a hazard! So I'm tossing it in the TRASH!

I really like this tripod for primary in studio work.
1 of 1 found this helpful The design of this tripod, well thought out, has many features including a telescoping neck that comes completely out and can re attach horizontally to the top of the tripod to make unique shots unlike any other tripod I've ever seen! Also can flip neck upside down and mount camera underneath for ground hovering pictures/videos this is very unique as well!
This tripod weighs a bit being it can get 6ft tall if not more but does it very sturdy!
legs are just a standard aluminum and locking mechanisms are as well but function well. I use this as my primary tripod but not for hiking as it is way too heavy. If they lightened up slightly this would be great and put a bag hook at the bottom of the center column (neck).
